As our appointment coordinator, Cindy is the friendly voice you’ll hear when you reach out to Signature. Cindy manages incoming calls, schedules consultations, and makes every interaction with Signature a positive and stress-free experience.

Jeff does not do services anymore, he does oversee installations, visits job sites, connects with customers, etc

Ben is the go-to person for scheduling and coordinating your installation. As the Installation and Service Coordinator, he works closely with customers to provide clear timelines, answer service-related questions, and ensure your project is ready for a seamless installation day. From order placement to final installation, Ben keeps everything running efficiently so you can enjoy your new windows and doors with
confidence.

As our office manager, Sarah is an essential part of the Signature team. With a strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, Sarah manages our administrative operations, ensuring a smooth workflow. Her friendly and welcoming approach not only contributes to the positive atmosphere within our office but also enhances the overall experience for our clients.

Patti takes care of all things accounting-related and ensures the accuracy and precision of every transaction within our organization. Beyond the numbers, Patti finds genuine joy in connecting with our customers daily.

Travis plays a vital role in maintaining the flow of our warehouse activities. With keen attention to detail, he oversees the inventory management, coordinates shipments, and ensures our products are up to the Signature standard and are ready for installation.
